*Mango Smoothie* (Diabetic Recipe)
Makes 6 6oz. servings
2 Bananas, Ripe And Chilled
2/3 Cup Mango, Peeled And Sliced
1 12oz. Can Mango Nectar, Chilled
1 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt
1½ Tbls. Honey
Place sliced banana, and all other ingredients in blender.Cover and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into 6 chilled glasses. If desired garnish with cut-up fruit.
